Dear Chris, Today my seals arrived. The Fedex was the best option.
With my seals in hands I just can say that Im amazed! It is wonderful.(I dont have words to tell how happy I am) I really would like to thank you, for all attention with my purchase. All my emails were answered very fast and everytime in a proactive way. I really would like to thank you for the patience solving the problems I had with the brazilian post office and the Customs officer.
I really would like to thanks the person (the artist) who used his/her talents to make this piece of art, and all the people whom worked making the shippment process safe for the big travel the seals will have until get in my home (the box, the ink and its container were a joyful surprise) . All of you made a piece of art that is very meaningful to me and its not a mere "object".

All these Positive reviews posted here must be written by GOODORIENT everywhere I search i see horrible reviews all with the same issue which is either they ship extremely late or not at all!! How they are getting away with stealing peoples money is beyond my thoughts. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
They made our wedding day a near disaster !! Luckily we found another seller which is reputable and buyer beware check the reviews first before you place an order with any company not located in your residing country ..... dont be fooled by elaborate websites they are designed to lure you in like a fish!!!

I have close to $300 tied up with this incompetent company and this has been going on since Oct. They made me pay for my own return and now are refusing to issue my refund.
The only reason I had to ship it back was because of their mistake; which they acknowledged. They keep passing me back and forth from "Chris" to "Miranda" and both continue to claim their "english" isn't very good. I call BS on the whole thing.
Do not shop here they are looking for ways to steal your money. I have read too many reviews like mine; too bad I didn't see them before I purchased.

They kept my money and never sent product
I am having the same problem. I ordered some pictures and half of my order was out of stock and will not be restocked.
This was a four piece set of Chinese Horoscope Pictures.
I asked for a Paypal refund, and Chris assured me I was going to get it, however, it has been 16 days and I received only promises. Anyone have any success getting a refund from GoodOrient?

I finally filed for my refund through Paypal (luckily, I paid through them!) and it was granted. I still never received my full order, but I got my money back AND kept what they did send me. Guaranteed NOTHING will change in their incompetent business though!
